Payment:

You will receive a payment link on the day of booking or later for making the payment. The damage deposit (see below) will be pre-authorized on your credit card.

Damage deposit:

Please note that VISIONAPARTMENTS requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it’s a fixed amount of EUR 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it’s a fixed amount of 1500 EUR. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on the credit card earliest on the day of booking. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.

Guests arriving outside office hours are kindly asked to contact VISIONAPARTMENTS in advance to arrange a check-in time and place. The guests can gather keys at a key box in front of the building free of charge. Office hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00.

Please provide photo ID:

Please provide your identity card or your passport when checking in at the office. If you check in outside the office, please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS.

In case of any damages or missing items, please inform VISIONAPARTMENTS within 3 days after the check-in.

For stays longer than 6 nights a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price.
